What does the standard yacht charter include?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and simple refreshments. Included items can vary by type of service — for example, sunset cruises provide upgraded beverages and small bites while corporate charters feature meeting facilities and professional catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
It's suggested to book at the minimum 2–3 weeks ahead, particularly during the busy season (May–September). For business gatherings and special festivities, reserve a slot 4–6 weeks in advance for increased chances of availability and customization time.
What is the protocol for bad weather?
Our utmost concern is your safety. Should the captain consider the weather unsafe, an alternative charter date will be proposed, or a full reimbursement will be given. We keep a vigilant eye on weather forecasts and will get in touch with you 24 hours prior if the forecast looks uncertain.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Bringing personal food items and non-alcoholic beverages is permitted. We also have excellent catering services and can tailor menus according to your taste. Please be aware that for safety purposes, no glassware is allowed on board.
Do your yachts cater to individuals with mobility challenges?
We endeavor to serve all guests. Some of our vessels are equipped with better facilities for accessibility than others. Get in touch with us while booking to discuss particular requirements, so we can advise the most appropriate vessel and provide the necessary arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellation requests made over 72 hours before departure will be fully refunded. Those made between 24–72 hours from departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded unless it is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical faults on our part.
